The busywork trap

Remember the deal you turned down.

Not because you couldn’t win it. The work was there. The demand was there. You said no because your team was already at the ceiling—and your best people were buried in work a system should have handled.

That ceiling isn’t rare. It shows up wherever the same manual steps repeat, week after week:

The report rebuilt every Monday

Someone sharp spends the first morning of every week copying numbers into the same deck. Then does it again next Monday.

The data moved between tabs

Export here, clean it there, paste it in, check it twice. Hours a week moving information a system could move in seconds.

The process that breaks when it’s busy

It works fine until three arrive at once. Then the process that lives in one person’s head starts dropping things.

None of this is a people problem. The work holding your team back is exactly the work a system was built to carry.

Make room for more.

You know the process. We handle the build.
Start with one useful workflow, then expand from what you learn.

01

Walk us through the work

Bring a routine task to a 20-minute workflow review. We map the handoffs, discuss where AI fits, and identify a useful first step.

A practical starting point
02

We build your first workflow

We scope a pilot, connect your approved tools, and test with representative data. You review the results alongside your current process.

A working pilot, reviewed by you
03

Keep it working, together

We monitor the workflow, handle the exceptions, and keep it current as your business changes. Your team gets documentation and training on how to use it—running it stays with us.

A managed workflow, not a handover
Human by design

Better systems.
Still your people.

We plan for the people, not just the systems. Your team shapes the workflow and keeps every decision that matters. We build it, run it, and keep it working.

People stay in control

Define approval gates and exception handling before launch. Keep judgment with the people who know the work.

Your data deserves a plan

Agree on access, retention, and vendor requirements before connecting sensitive information.

You own what we build

The workflows, documentation, and IP are yours. We operate and maintain them; ownership and third-party dependencies are agreed in your scope.

Book a workflow review
Do you work with teams in the United States, Canada, and Mexico?

Yes. We work with finance and healthcare teams in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, and onsite consulting can be arranged in those countries. We also run a consulting arm in Malaysia serving clients across Southeast Asia. English and Mexican Spanish are available on this site.

What happens in the first workflow review?

Bring one task your team repeats. In a 20-minute conversation, we’ll talk through the inputs, tools, handoffs, and approval points. We’ll identify a useful starting point and discuss what needs deeper discovery before a pilot can be scoped. There’s no need to prepare a technical brief.

Do we need an AI specialist on our team?

You need someone who knows the process and can review the results. We handle the discovery, the build, and the running of it. Your team defines what good looks like, approves access, and signs off on the output—not the infrastructure behind it.

How long does an implementation take?

Timing depends on the workflow, integrations, data quality, and review requirements. We agree on a delivery plan after discovery, with a scoped pilot and clear acceptance criteria before expanding. Your team reviews the system before it goes live.

Can you work with our existing tools?

That is the starting point. We review your existing systems and available APIs, then choose the simplest reliable integration. Access, licensing, and vendor limitations are confirmed during discovery so the scope reflects what your tools actually support.

How do you approach sensitive financial or patient data?

We begin by defining what data the workflow needs, who can access it, where it is processed, and how long it is retained. Security, vendor agreements, and any applicable regulatory requirements must be reviewed with your team before sensitive data is connected. An automation does not by itself establish compliance.

What if an AI output is wrong?

AI output is treated as something to validate. We define checks, approval steps, and exception handling around the risk of each task. Important decisions stay with your team, with a clear path to pause or revert to the existing process.

What does it cost, and what happens after launch?

Pricing follows the scope: the workflow, required integrations, and level of support. Your proposal separates implementation from third-party and ongoing costs. We also agree on documentation, handover, monitoring, and support responsibilities before work begins.

Onsite consulting

Work with us, in person.

We work with finance and healthcare teams in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, and we provide onsite AI consulting in these countries. Our consulting arm in Malaysia serves clients across Southeast Asia. Work directly with our team to review your processes and plan your next steps in automation.
