Yes. We work with finance and healthcare teams in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Onsite reviews can be arranged in all three, including Mexico City. This site is available in English and Mexican Spanish.
What happens in the first workflow review?
Bring one task your team repeats. In a 20-minute conversation, we’ll talk through the inputs, tools, handoffs, and approval points. We’ll identify a useful starting point and discuss what needs deeper discovery before a pilot can be scoped. There’s no need to prepare a technical brief.
Can you work with our existing tools?
That is the starting point. We review your existing systems and available APIs, then choose the simplest reliable integration. Access, licensing, and vendor limitations are confirmed during discovery so the scope reflects what your tools actually support.
How do you approach sensitive financial or patient data?
On your terms. We start by defining what data the workflow needs, who can access it, where it is processed, and how long it is kept. Which model providers may process it, and the BAA, DPA, or NDA we work under, are agreed with your team before sensitive data is connected. An automation does not by itself establish compliance.
What if an AI output is wrong?
We assume it sometimes will be. Every output is checked against rules your team agrees in writing, and anything that fails a check stops and goes to the person you named, with the reason. Nothing is recorded, paid, or submitted without their approval, and you can pause it at any time.
What does it cost, and what happens after launch?
The workflow review is free and takes 20 minutes. A pilot covers one workflow with a fixed scope, typically 3–6 weeks, and is priced after discovery. After launch, a monthly operating retainer keeps the workflow monitored and current. Every proposal separates implementation, third-party and API costs, and ongoing care.
